Tomorrow I start 7 weeks of Emotional Regulation. I’m wondering if anyone has taken Emotional Regulation? What were your thoughts on it? Did it help you at all in your day to day life skills? Would you recommend it for anyone else who has Borderline Personality Disorder?
There is another component that I will be taking after this first series is done. When I know what that is, I will share it here.
